The Grand Hotel Dargha Gate, Sylhet

This hotel doesn't comply with their commitments. In dec 24 I booked a room through booking.com from Australia and cancelled couple of hours earlier than 24 hours. They didn't refund money. I called their help desk, they said we will call you back and didn't call me back till now or didn't try to email me back. Very unprofessional and horrible service. Think twice before book in this hotel. I don't recommend this hotel for anyone.

Very bad service if your looking for a good nights sleep don’t come here as you will be awake all night everyday as they play music nonstop out loud without no consideration to the guests staying there awful as I had to change hotels

Its not seems like a 3 star hotel at all. Washrooms are so small and unorganised.its very hard tO stay one night.

The Hotel staff was cordial, the rooms are great on budget. Very clean and well equipped,friendly staffs. Complimentary breakfast was good too. The only drawback is that they provided us 2 towels for 4 people 😒 why would anyone share their towels?

It was a great experience with a low price. The Room service was amazing. People are very friendly.

Location is very good, room rate is very limited, room is very clean, staff is very good.

If you consider the price, then you are in the best place.
Two things must be put under consideration. ... Cockroach & Washroom ventilation.

It's quite cheaper than others from the location and service perspective. As their service is top notch and behaviour of staffs, just best.

Me my brother and father stayed here for 14 nights in Sept I was impressed with the services with this hotel. The staff were kind, polite, very helpful and they met all the request whenever we needed. The price was reasonable with complimentary breakfast which wasn't bad either. Location was great it was exactly what we were looking for centre of everything and mainly the Dorga Mazar Sharif. Will recommend this place and if visiting again will definitely stay at this hotel.

One of the best hotels within the middle budget in Sylhet indeed, service was great. Got only two issues, their bedsheets are old, dirty and non ac couple rooms are very small.
