Nirvana Inn Mirzajangal, Sylhet

Very poor service and quality. Reception desk service quality is too bad. They have no manners. Swimming pool water is not good. Bad smell and pest everywhere

Absolute joke of a place.
Arrived at 1.20pm was made to wait for check in.
Simply apologising does not make it fine.
Ordered room service, called twice for the menu.
Ordered chicken nuggets and fries twice, they turn up 50 minutes later with a side plate of over fried nuggets minus the fries.
So back on the phone again.
Waiter turned up with a side plate of fries with about 20 chips on it. Absolutely pathetic.
They claim all these stars and service etc, don't be fooled. Absolute rubbish and we payed top money for one night.
Would have been better staying with family in the village and then travel to Sylhet town.
If you respect your money then avoid.
Absolute micky mouse.

Had a pleasant time attending the Annual MIS Conference of Sylhet Division. Enjoyed their meals. Sadly the washroom facilities were very poor. There were only 1 toilet for men on the ground floor while we were about to have lunch!

That is good for the all facilities such as Room sharing,services and good environment here.I went there many times,specially there guidance are so cool.

The hotel is nice for those who have work in the vfs center by overall not bad not bad but the service is not bad or that good it's fine

Good Hotel. Big room, nice environment & reasonable room rent. Need to improve breakfast menu.
