Troubled by Mosquitos food was OK, but chinese branded food is no longer chainese taste.
Dec 17 2024 - 4 rooms booked, longest stay Dec 16 - 7 January 2025.
Restaurant food quality down, ask for NO chillie they still add chillie. Room guests extremely rude and noisy, staff refused to take action asking us to deal with noisy guests. Management have no power, absolutely disappointed.
30/12/24 - tea is absolutely tasteless, sometime tea is provided in rooms, but no milk. Had to buy our own tea and milk.
Hotel policy not to bring food in, but no choice we had to bring our own tea.
Hotel slogan - hotel complex, benchmark in hospitality. It's a joke.
Bathroom door broken, door lock non functional.
Despite asking for late checkout several times and several staff including managers, staff still contacted that we had to check out by 12. Seems like staff do not share information with each other. Guests were extremely disappointed.

Staff Denied all knowledge of complaints. Management has no control of hotel staff.
Manager Uttam failed to respond, failed to follow-up call.
Order food with certain ingredients to be left out, chef fails to understand and cooks to his standard.
Bathroom is filty, housekeeping cannot maintain.
