If there was an option to give negative stars I would've done it. The AC didn't work, they're ancestors never tought them how to use salt. The drains in the Bathroom didn't work. They didn't even give the bathroom condiments until we called them to do so. It felt like they don't even know how hotel works. After all these negative experiences I can't even recall anything good about this place. Investors you gotta look after this place asap.

I stayed at this hotel for one day (from noon on January 17, 2025, to noon on January 18, 2025). The hotel room was fine. However, the Wi-Fi password provided in the room was incorrect. When I informed the receptionist, they provided the correct one. They should be more careful about such things. It's not a major issue—small mistakes can happen, and none of us are above making mistakes.
However, their other services were very poor. Only one channel was available on the TV. It seems like they have placed the TV just for show. Despite multiple complaints, they did not take any action regarding this issue.
Moreover, one of the rooftop restaurant staff members was extremely rude and made unnecessary comments. I don't know his name, but he was well-built, about 5'6" tall, and had a dark complexion. He clearly has no idea how to behave with guests. In contrast, another staff member, who was fair-skinned, slim, and of similar height, was very well-mannered.
Despite being an expensive hotel, their service is very poor. The staff members are careless and do not take their responsibilities seriously. The service they provide does not match the amount they charge.
If I ever visit Sylhet again, I will make sure not to stay at this hotel. I will also inform my acquaintances and advise them to avoid this hotel.
Thank you.

I was stuck here for three days during the Quota movement and curfew.
On the last day, I asked the reception staff if it was possible to have a late checkout since it was not feasible to move before 6 pm due to the curfew. I even offered to pay 50% of the room rent for the extra time and mentioned that if it wasn't possible, I would move to another hotel for the remaining five hours. The staff told me to wait until 2 pm for the manager's decision. I returned to the reception at 1:30 pm, and the manager said I needed to pay 100% for a late checkout. I replied that I would check out immediately and wait until dawn due to the military curfew and national emergency. The manager then said I needed to pay 50% even if I left right away. I was surprised because the previous staff member had asked me to wait. The manager said I had talked to other staff, not him. I didn’t argue and paid in full for the late checkout as we had to stay until evening due to the nationwide curfew.
We were the only guests there, and the staff's behavior was awful. One staff member rudely asked for the key when I was going out for a walk, saying, "Chabita diye jete hobe" (You have to leave the key). When I questioned why I should give him my room key, he said nothing.
They promised a buffet breakfast but instead served paratha with bhaji, which was definitely from the previous day.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. However, the bathroom was wet and held water. The pillows were not comfortable. Parking and location were good.
But the behavior we received from the staff during the national crisis was not expected.
