Hotel Supreme Mirabazar, Sylhet

The experience was disappointing.
1. The price is higher compared to similar options.
2. The room, washroom, and bathtub were poorly maintained, with broken parts visible.
3. The cleaning service was subpar—tables and chairs were dusty, and the bedsheets, towels, and pillow covers were not properly cleaned.
4. The restaurant’s food quality was poor compared to other establishments, and the buffet breakfast was especially underwhelming. There were no juices or drinks available.
5. The service has significantly deteriorated over the past 10 years, despite an increase in room rates.

Hotel Supreme is well-located, with easy access by car and convenient parking. The hotel’s exterior and interior are impressive, and the service was exceptional, friendly, attentive, and always delivered with a smile.
Unfortunately, there were notable downsides. Cleanliness was a concern: towels provided were dirty, the bathroom was unclean, and I even found a grasshopper in my bed. Additionally, on the morning of my departure, there was a blackout. The air conditioning, fan, and most lights didn’t work, leaving me to get ready in a dimly lit bathroom with no lights, sweating as I did my makeup in the heat. Since I was leaving early, I didn’t want to disturb the staff, but it was a frustrating experience.
While the view and breakfast were enjoyable, these issues made the stay less pleasant. With better cleanliness and infrastructure maintenance, this hotel could truly shine.

My wife and I stayed here for one night in a super deluxe room. The room is absolutely perfect for couples and families. Well decorated and secured for the family. Recommended 👍

Hotel Supreme is a very nice hotel. Its presentation and serving of food is very charming. The service of this hotel is very good. The third and fourth floors of this hotel have very nice balconies where you can take many beautiful pictures.

I am expressing my own opinion that among hostels Supreme is one of the best hotels in Sylhet 💓💓💓

It is in a good location, rooms are not 5 star worthy but were clean, had air conditioning. Room service was great, They provided complementary meals. The staff were well mannered. All things considered, a good place to stay while visiting Sylhet, You can board the Jaflong local bus or get a laguna or cng just in front of the hotel.

Rooms are great according to the rent.
Management is also very good.
There’s a food item called " Begun vaji" in their restaurant named Exotica restaurant, is very very tasty. A must try item.
A best place in mid range.
