Worst place to rent if you’re planning to stay with family. Definitely a no if you’re traveling with females. DON’T think this is a good place based on their reception. It is one of the worst. The other guests are mostly budget oriented and don’t have decency. The rooms are bad and hygiene is not something that you should expect. Mosquitoes are everywhere. AC and geysers service is bad. Room service is not good. Chaos and screaming sounds atleast around 1am. Drunk people are all around. Will charge you extra every chance this hotel gets. Not a safe environment for your family. Beds are not made properly. Toiletries are knock-offs.

Beautiful clean rooms, restaurant has nice food&cocktails but service was a little slower bt i understand they are very busy. I wish they had bar firdge in the rooms besides everything was perfect

Very pleasant and helpful staff, only the restaurant was closed on Christmas so we to go search for food elsewhere which is unacceptable if guests are staying at the establishment.

As always, this venue has great staff, food and no need to even think of going elsewhere. Great place and value for money!!

It was fantastic to be at Britannia Hotel. I would like to go back again. The room was clean. Everything was fine.

I couldn't sleep the entire night due to a sound from the AC that resembled a tornado. I called room service at 3:45 AM. They checked it and made some adjustments to the old, 1950s-style AC unit. It was quiet for about five minutes, but then the "tornado" noise started again. In the end, following the reception’s suggestion, I had to turn off the AC and use the fan instead – even though I paid for an AC room.
It was a horrible experience. After a long journey to get here, everyone deserves a good night's sleep to recharge for the next day's activities. This stay was a waste of money and disrupted my plans. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. For the same price, there are far better options available.

The hotel staff were very helpful and friendly, room was clean, Hotel is in excellent location. The only issue i had my tv was not working in my room i reported they tried to fix it but couldn't be sorted so i stayed the 4 nights without TV.

I was pleasantly surprised at the accommodation. Very good value for money for superior quality accommodation. Only downside is my room was against the balcony and the other guests partied till late.

Number one the hotel is close up we can't even see any type of view when in our rooms, we were served beackfast first day with this lady, no tray, no smile and when request something she will give attitude.. …
