It is situated in a popular place but the rooms are very bad, Its toilets are wet, the water doesn’t go and you need assistance to move it.
Also no bucket or anything available, charged over five thousand taka but yet no hair dryer available.
In one word, BAD
they should improve their service

From 2019:
Pros
Large family suite consists of two bedrooms and ensuite in each with a jointly accessed lounge inbetween
Suite has plenty of space and accomodates 4 people (1 double bed and two singles)
Air conditioned rooms
Working safe provided
Small fridge provided although smelt and in need of cleaning
Small hotel car park available
Doorman/ security very helpful and friendly
Central location near dorga
Cons
No bath in either ensuite
Cost 1200bdt (approximately 120 gbp) normally although it is possible to get discounts meaning we paid 6000 bdt per night which is still a lot of money for Bangladesh with many people's monthly salary in reasonably paid jobs being less than this.
Given labour costs in Bangladesh are so low and prices charged for the rooms, you would expect rooms to be cleaned regularly and be maintained to high levels of cleanliness and working order. Sadly this was not the case.
Rooms are tired and in need of refurbishment.
Blinds were broken with gaps and didn't open making it difficult to look outside
Walls had marks and stains
Very noisy outside particularly between 5am and 12pm despite our room.being located on 9th floor
Television remote in main bedroom worked intermittently but all tv channels were fuzzy and had very poor picture quality
Rooms only serviced upon request
Towels and linen whilst clean were often stained / discoloured and had tears
Only 1 towel provided in each bathroom
Not all lights worked with some bulbs appearing to need changing but no action being taken during our stay of over a weeks duration
Light switches not positioned near beds meaning you have to get out of bed to switch off light and get in bed in dark.
Not enough plugs sockets provided
2 lifts in hotel but only 1 is ever working at any one time.
Lifts do not go to ground floor requiring use of a flight of stairs to enter and access building which would be restrictive for disabled / wheelchair access
No iron or ironing board available anywhere in hotel.
No tea making facilities provided in room although bottled water provided
Bathroom had soap dispensers etc but didn't work or have any soap. Walls were marked / slightly stained in parts.
Main master bedroom shower, water would not drain out fast enough meaning you would be standing in an inch of water after a few minutes of showering. Not addressed despite requests.
Hot water worked/ available intermittently and required taps and shower to be left running for over 5 mins before warmer water would flow. Water temperature varies from occasion to occasion bordering on cold on many occasions to Luke warm generally to very hot on 1 occasion during my stay.
Breakfast provided was same every day pretty much consisting of tea / coffee, rice, cardboard like Paratha, fried egg and dahl, cordial, bottled water and on occasion a sweet desert type dish. No milk, cereal or fruit options.
Bed was extremely hard
Overall:
You get plenty of space for your money but the fire safety in particular is worrying, and conditions in room were well below expectations along with customer service / conditions of room based on comparing to 3 star hotels in the UK and indeed say the noor haha I sylhet which was much cheaper and overall much better.
