Hotel Musafir Dargha Gate, Sylhet

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, the staff were rude and unwelcoming—there were no greetings, no smiles, and no sense of hospitality. I was shocked by the restrictions placed on guests; I wasn’t allowed to go out freely and was told I had to be back by midnight or I’d be locked out. This was never communicated beforehand.
There was no breakfast included, and when I asked the staff to help me get some food, I was charged an absurdly high amount. On top of that, I was told my room would be cleaned, but no one ever showed up. When I asked about it, the staff responded with excuses and an unprofessional attitude, telling me I should “understand their situation” instead of taking responsibility.
Overall, the experience was unpleasant and stressful. I ended up leaving and booking a different hotel. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Within the price range, room was pretty good with all necessary amenities.

Rooms are good. But it was overpriced.

There was smell of dead rat in my room and they just spread some air freshener inside the room.

The manager/ cleaning guy was not nice. They took additional 1000 taka because staying 3 hours. Their behaviour was disgusting.

Room is good but need to negotiate

Um! Almost Clean & fresh room. I was in 403 no room. Impressive service. I recommend.
