				There was smell of dead rat in my room and they just spread some air freshener inside the room.

				The manager/ cleaning guy was not nice. They took additional 1000 taka because staying 3 hours. Their behaviour was disgusting.

				Didn't provide clean bedsheets. Spilled some cough syrup, didn't clean with even water ...... The manager/ cleaning guy was not nice. They took additional 700 taka because we had 2 more friends staying with us. Their behaviour was disgusting.

				Recommended hotel from my side, considering the hotel location & budget for small group of people.

Interior design is well enough with clean washroom. AC, lift, television & WiFi all of this are provided. No complementary breakfast is included.

Room security and service is ok. Cash & card both payment system is accepted.

				We had a pleasant stay here. Super clean and central to a lot of restaurants and shopping. Friendly staff overall but night duty staff was the best and so accommodating.
