It best but service is not good

One of the best hotel in Sylhet

Stays at hotel grand view for few nights weeks ago. Great little place in heart of town! Great location 10/15 minutes ricksha ride to all good restaurants and shopping malls. Relatively brand new hotel and reasonable price. Good restaurant on site if you ask for something even though it’s not on the menu they will try to make it for you! Best thing I like about the Hotel is stuff always happy to help with smile on their face! They always go extra miles to fulfil your needs. Thanks

We stayed there in Dec 2024. The location is very good. Centrally located, many good restaurants, food court and shopping centres are near this place.
Staff were very helpful and courteous. Farhad of housekeeping was truly remarkable.
Rooms are a bit outdated and need some refurbishment.
Food tastes really good. But their breakfast options are limited.

The room was good but there was no option for drying wet clothes.

I reserved room with gozayan. At first they give a room which is not clean and good. After complaining they switch to other which is evil of good. Breakfast was not so bad.

It was a good one before but recently I’ve experienced the worst. I checked in this hotel several times and their service is continuously decreasing. It is not recommended.
