The newly-built hotel clearly offers the best amenities and services. However, some of their rooms are too confined and you might struggle with connectivity in some rooms as well. Their buffet breakfast is one of the best I have had in the country.Service-wise, they should have more people to take care of the growing visitors.
Very very expensive. Food was ok but not too exciting. Our room was lovely with great balcony views of sylhet airport. We were able to see planes landing and taking off . Also we were on the top floor . Will definitely go there again. We selected the executive suite and had our own living room with 55 inch TV and in our bedroom we also had same luxury. Bathroom had a super shower and spa like bath. Awesome experience. Staff are very attentive. However it's let down by room service. We ordered 2 drinks and had to wait 30 minutes
So far a good 5* hotel with clean room. Opened in June 2022 so very new and clean. Entire hotel is very good except for the spa. The spa resources are very naïve and not as per the 5 star standard. The spa service is equal to any local salon. avoid the spa at any expense. Also the buffet breakfast and dinner was not that good. Very limited food options in the menu.
I had two night stay and the location is really beautiful. Green environment all around. Room size is good enough. Lobby space should have been more clean. The worst swimming pool. They have huge space and the pool could be better. Breakfast is really good with lot of items.Gym size is OK but instruments are of low quality. Trademills are really poor in quality. Bathrooms are spacious but they have used China 🇨🇳 products inside ( which is disgusting when you are charging high), even they installed a second hand China brand TV in the room...!!!
Probably the largest hotel inside Sylhet city. Firstly, the interior is amazing. Simple yet gorgeous however the garden in the entrance is a bit under-decorated. We went to the cafe S'PRESSO DELI ground floor. Comfortable place to sit with family but the food taste is not up to the mark. We ordered cappuccino, tiramisu, assorted icecream 🍦, pink mojito. Tiramisu tasted more like pudding no coffee flavor, 🍨 was nothing special along with average cappuccino. There staffs are helpful with a smile on their face. You can go for movie on the hotel. Overall, my experience was good.
