To the Management of Hotel Grand Mostafa,
I regret to inform you of my disappointment with the restaurant management under Mr. Rajon's supervision. During my recent three-night stay at your hotel, I observed several concerning issues that significantly impacted my dining experience.
Mr. Rajon's poor management capabilities were evident throughout my stay. He was conspicuously absent during breakfast service, and during dinner, he was often found seated at a corner table, engrossed in his mobile phone. This lack of presence and concern for guests is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the restaurant's reputation.
Furthermore, Mr. Rajon failed to address a complaint regarding the quality of the fish served, displaying a disregard for guest satisfaction. His demeanor, characterized by a ruddy face and a reluctance to engage with guests, further exacerbated the situation.
Moreover, the unfriendly attitude of the restaurant waiter mirrored Mr. Rajon's lack of hospitality, creating an unwelcoming atmosphere for diners. They don't care their guest. But hotel quality is very good.
While I commend the excellence of the room service and reception during my stay, I believe urgent action is required to rectify the shortcomings in the restaurant management. I strongly urge management to consider replacing Mr. Rajon with a more capable and guest-focused manager to ensure a positive dining experience for guests.

We stayed there for 7days and I am highly impressed with their services and behavior. The hotel is really clean and safe. All the employees were so nice. They have complimentary breakfast and that is really very good in quality. I highly recommend to them who is going from abroad and planning to stay at hotel. Overall I just loved their services.

It'a nice hotel so closer to Hajrat Shahjalal Majar, but I faced some unusual things in the hotel, I attached the images of those. 1. Main Door lock of the room was found fixed with wrong direction so door cannot be closed by pushing. No lock was seen with the door of washroom. We check in on same day of booking so rent was too high but we did not get even welcome tea/water in the room.
We ordered fried rice and biriyani at dinner but salad was not complimentary, they charged for that seperately. Their Restaurant refused card payment (POS is not working) but a hotel used to have multiple POS of different bank. Complimentary breakfast was OK with limited items.
Hotel staffs were cordial but professionalism is also expected.
Whatever, room size is good enough, lots of space in corridors, located in very busy commercial place. thousands of shops around the hotel.
